About the role
Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), which now includes Project Management Advisors (PMA), is seeking a Project Manager to support its Technology clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in development, real estate, design, construction, or project management
Experience supporting complex technology, infrastructure, mission-critical, laboratory, or commercial projects is preferred
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects and consistently meet or exceed client expectations and deadlines
Strong understanding of design and construction processes, project controls, documentation, and sequencing
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and reporting tools
Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and construction documentation
Strong communication and relationship management skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Experience supporting procurement, contracts, and consultant coordination
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

This role's target base annual salary range is currently $100,000-150,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education, experience, certifications, candidate abilities, and pay relative to other team members.
