Project Manager (Memphis, TN) Data Center

About the Role

Our client, a highly respected general contractor, is seeking a seasoned construction leader to manage all phases of ground-up data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. With a strong pipeline until 2030 and a reputation for building state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and safety-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of ground-up data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders to maintain compliance with medical standards and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Provide leadership to project teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on data center facilities.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).

Pay

Salary ranges from $130,000 to $185,000.
