Project Manager, Market Access & HEOR

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager, Market Access & HEOR to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee end-to-end client projects that support market access, pricing, and health technology assessment efforts. The Project Manager will guide cross-functional teams, help shape reimbursement strategies, and ensure deliverables are executed on time and aligned with client objectives. The position also involves translating evidence into clear, decision-ready materials for payer and reimbursement stakeholders. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Manage client projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines are met Advise clients on complex market access needs, including pricing and HTA submissions Lead project teams and oversee client strategies with minimal supervision Oversee evidence synthesis and develop patient journey assessments Conduct primary market research and review economic models Write and edit reports, presenting findings to reimbursement agencies and clients Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, or Biostatistics, required 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, or a combination of experience and a higher degree in a related field Experience managing Canadian and US payer evidence and access projects required Direct experience preparing private and public reimbursement submission dossiers required Benefits Remote/home-based work arrangement Flexible work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Engagement in impactful market access strategies Collaboration with experienced professionals in the field Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
