Our client, a leading manufacturing and industrial technology organization, is seeking a Project Manager - Manufacturing Equipment Installation & Facility Upgrades to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering and Capital Projects team supporting manufacturing, facilities, construction, and operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced industrial environment. Job Title: Project Manager - Manufacturing Equipment Installation & Facility Upgrades Location: Pensacola, FL (100% On-Site) Pay Range: $38.69/hour What's the Job? Lead the installation, startup, and commissioning of manufacturing capital equipment projects. Manage facility improvements, plant modifications, and industrial construction activities required to support new equipment installations. Coordinate engineers, contractors, operations personnel, and project stakeholders to ensure project success. Drive project schedules, budgets, risk mitigation plans, and overall project execution. Resolve complex manufacturing, facilities, and industrialization challenges during implementation and startup activities. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial construction, equipment installation, or commissioning projects. Experience managing manufacturing capital equipment installations or industrial projects. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple project activities simultaneously.
