Project Manager - Managed Print Service

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager for Managed Print Services to oversee and coordinate printer deployment projects within a dynamic organization based in New York, NY. This contract-to-hire position involves managing end-to-end deployment, supporting installations and refresh initiatives, and ensuring high-quality print service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deployment, support installations and refresh initiatives
• Ensure high-quality print service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and users to resolve issues effectively
• Monitor service tickets
• Drive process improvements that optimize costs and service standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, including project scheduling and coordination
• 3+ years of technical expertise in Printer Deployment, Rollouts, and Managed Print Services
• Strong knowledge of Network environments (WAN, LAN, Wireless), IPT, and Mobility support
• Proficient in project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Power BI, and ServiceNow
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
• Hands-on experience in ticket management, backlog review, and process improvement
• Experience working in fast-paced, on-site environments with excellent organizational skills
