About the role

Lead multiple commercial projects across San Diego County while delivering exceptional service, strong coordination, and high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial property service projects simultaneously from start to completion
  • Cook up project estimates, scopes of work, and material requirements for repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
  • Conduct site inspections and quality-control reviews to ensure work meets company standards, client expectations, and scope requirements
  • Communicate regularly with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively and efficiently
  • Prepare project documentation, updates, and reports using company software systems
  • Support field operations and assist with troubleshooting or minor repairs when necessary
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
  • Professionally represent LOT Commercial Property Services while interacting with property owners, property managers, tenants, vendors, and contractors

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial maintenance, property management, tenant improvement, facilities maintenance, property services, commercial building operations, or construction industries
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects efficiently
  • Experience preparing estimates and scopes of work for commercial maintenance, repair, or construction projects
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members effectively
  • The ability to identify and address issues that may arise during projects is crucial
  • Effective time management skills for meeting project deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as ZOHO, SAGE, or other CRM
  • A Valid California Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
