About the role

The company is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile luxury condominium developments in Naples, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead luxury condominium projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from pre-construction through handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and development timelines.
• Cook up design teams, consultants, contractors, and ownership groups.
• Oversee due diligence, permitting, entitlement, and approval processes.
• Maintain construction progress, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate development, or a related field.
• Project management experience within real estate development, luxury residential construction, or high-rise condominium projects.
• Experience managing large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects from concept through completion.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, development processes, and construction administration.
• Prioritizing ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
