About the role
Join the team behind some of the most prominent events in the world, from the electrifying energy of EDC to the epic scale of Metallica’s World Tour, the NFL Draft, CES, Broadway, iHeartRadio, Saturday Night Live, and The Tonight Show. As a Live Events Project Manager at 4Wall, you’ll play a key role in planning, developing, and executing projects while maintaining quality control and supporting client relations.
Responsibilities
- Directly interact with account executives and clients to plan, develop, and execute projects.
- Define project objectives and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support and strengthen client relations.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of production lighting, LED, rigging, and servers.
- Proficiency in project and task management, as well as applications such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD/Vectorworks, and inventory software systems.
- Programming and computer networking skills.
- Extreme organization and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre or a similar field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Production/stagehand experience is preferred.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Standard work week, but may require evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.
- Work both in an office environment and onsite at project locations.
Pay
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
