About the role
Oversee industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts, lead project teams, and coordinate subcontractors. Conduct client and ownership meetings, review submittals, RFIs, and change orders, monitor project financial performance, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience
- Prior experience managing warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution projects
- Strong financial and scheduling skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
