Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage insurance-related projects from inception to completion.
  • Cook up project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage project teams, vendors, and resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and standards.
  • Report project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Requirements

  • Min 10+ yrs of Project management experience within life annuity/ retirement insurance.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the insurance industry, specifically in Life and Annuity/Retirement Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or relevant project management certification is preferred.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and standards.
