Project Manager - Level 2 (transmission asset capital projects)
Essential Functions
- Lead early project scoping, feasibility reviews, and constructability assessments
- Collaborate with Engineering and Asset Strategy to identify transmission asset-condition needs
- Advance projects through design, permitting, environmental review, and development milestones
- Develop and maintain schedules focused on construction-readiness milestones
- Track scope, cost, schedule, and risk during the project-development phase
- Support bid-package development and procurement preparation
- Cookordination construction-readiness requirements including access, outages, and material planning
Experience and Education
5 to 10 years of experience.

About the Role

The role is a key contributor to the Shovel-Ready Initiative, supporting identification and prioritization of transmission asset-condition projects and advancing their design and development to maintain a steady shelf of construction-ready work that mitigates future financial gaps in the capital plan.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, and asset strategy. They should be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate a deep understanding of transmission asset conditions and capital planning.
Skills
Strong project management skills, experience with transmission asset condition analysis, knowledge of capital planning, and ability to coordinate construction readiness requirements.
