Project Manager, Learning and Development (Remote)

Join Amplity, a full-service partner for biopharma companies, dedicated to delivering flexible and specialized medical and commercial services throughout the drug lifecycle. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling resources and enhancing impact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of global multi-client projects, focusing on Learning and Development events, eLearning products, and L&D strategy projects.
- Create detailed and considered project plans using established templates and tools, ensuring key meetings are scheduled and followed up with clear notes and actions.
- Manage and maintain project plans, trackers, finance systems, and ensure project-related operational tasks are performed consistently and with accuracy.
- Ensure projects are kept on the right path by putting contingency plans in place and managing risks accordingly.
- Ensure projects are financially aware, align proper resources, meet deadlines, and deliver deliverables to an exceptional standard.
- Lead project kick-off calls and ensure all project stakeholders are clear on their roles and responsibilities, taking accountability for ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Communicate and present project information and updates to all levels of stakeholders, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with the business development team to create client proposals and contribute to the delivery of pitches/RFPs.
- Create and manage complex budgets, ensuring projects do not exceed the given budget, liaising with the Business Development and Finance teams to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with account teams and clients to find new opportunities, building trustful relationships and effective communication.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or life science event management, preferably in a learning and development environment. 5+ years preferred. Experience in an agency environment and in a pharmaceutical setting is desirable. Reside in Eastern or Central time zone preferred. PMP qualification or equivalent preferred but not required.

- Strong financial acumen: Able to create, monitor, and reconcile detailed budgets.

- Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving client needs. Demonstrates composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations and adapts to shifting priorities.

Skills
Excellent project management skills, strong communication, adaptability, and financial acumen. Experience in project management, learning and development, and pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
