About the Role

The Line PM Leader implements, maintains, and improves Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling, Breakdown Elimination, and Defect Handling systems within their area. They ensure efficient maintenance execution, reduce equipment breakdowns, and build team capability using IWS tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work to achieve over 90% planned activities.
• Review notifications, manage work order backlog, and update maintenance documentation.
• Lead failure analysis to eliminate recurring breakdowns and standardize improvements.
• Track and report maintenance indicators, using results to drive reliability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement improvement plans based on performance data.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring proper change management and accurate documentation.
• Coach team members on IWS methodologies, defect elimination, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, failure analysis, and continuous improvement processes.
• Ability to analyze data, develop action plans, and lead teams effectively.
• Familiarity with technical documentation, spare parts management, and engineering standards is essential.
