Project Manager - Land Development - Tampa, Lakeland or Orlando

With growth comes opportunity. As Quiddity Engineering continues to expand across Florida, we are looking for a visionary Senior Project Manager to play a high-visibility role in shaping our presence in the Tampa and Lakeland markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Purpose: Grow and mentor a high-performing team of PEs, EITs, CAD designers, and administrative professionals.
• Drive Diverse Projects: Spearhead complex multi family, mixed-use projects from the initial planning stages through design and construction.
• Be a Key Player: Act as a primary face for our clients, ensuring we deliver on our commitments while upholding the quality Quiddity is known for.
• Shape Our Growth: Play a significant role in our Florida expansion, enjoying the autonomy and visibility that comes with a scaling office.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering (PE) License of 9+ years of experience in Project Management for residential Land Development projects; commercial land development experience is a plus.
• Extensive project management experience specifically within residential community land development.
• A genuine interest in coaching a team and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
• The ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
