Project Manager - Land Development

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-disciplined land development design projects
• Aid in managing client relationships, developing and pursuing new clients and project opportunities
• Coordinate with client and regulatory agencies
• Manage schedules and budgets
• Market land development services to prospective clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10-15 years of directly related experience
• Professional Engineer licensure in NJ
• Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and work as part of multi-disciplined project teams
• Proven track record of maintaining an independent client following and strong client relationships
• Thorough understanding of land development design, permitting and approval processes in NJ
• Demonstrated track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Driving is a requirement of the position

Pay

The projected range for this position in the following locations are:

• Parsippany, NJ: $118,825 - $152,775
• Mount Laurel, NJ: $116, 463 - $149,738

Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
