Overview
Ardurra is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager supporting Civil Engineering projects for our Land Development practice in Boise Market (Meridian, ID or Nampa, ID).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in "Civil Engineering"
- PE License in Civil Engineering field
- 8+ years of related experience in civil engineering within specific region in site design, grading, drainage, utilities, roadway design and permitting
- Notable experience managing clients and employees
- Business Development/Network within region, highly preferred
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
- Highly self-motivated self-starter, able to forecast and initiate project management tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects, staff, and client relations
- Work directly with governmental agencies
- Responsible for land development projects with a strong background in: Grading, Drainage, Wet and Dry Utilities, Roadway design
- Identify, analyze, and execute business development opportunities within specific network region
- Prepare scope and fee estimates
- Prepare invoicing
- Work within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
- Strong background in construction practices
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle
