Overview

Ardurra is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager supporting Civil Engineering projects for our Land Development practice in Boise Market (Meridian, ID or Nampa, ID).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in "Civil Engineering"
  • PE License in Civil Engineering field
  • 8+ years of related experience in civil engineering within specific region in site design, grading, drainage, utilities, roadway design and permitting
  • Notable experience managing clients and employees
  • Business Development/Network within region, highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Highly self-motivated self-starter, able to forecast and initiate project management tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects, staff, and client relations
  • Work directly with governmental agencies
  • Responsible for land development projects with a strong background in: Grading, Drainage, Wet and Dry Utilities, Roadway design
  • Identify, analyze, and execute business development opportunities within specific network region
  • Prepare scope and fee estimates
  • Prepare invoicing
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
  • Strong background in construction practices

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle
