Responsibilities

• Finish carpentry skills and the ability to help with installations.
• Cooking and helping with installations.
• Cooking and helping with installations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and team members and manage scheduling.
• Manage 3-5 employees.
• Create and maintain schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and being proactively managed.
• Inspect projects and forward feedback to the franchise owner and other team members.
• Work with the Materials Manager to address any missing, defective or incorrect materials.
• Problem solve and communicate changes to the project plan and schedule.
• Manage the installation of all countertops, including coordinating measure dates, install dates, plumbing and associated materials, such as sinks and faucets.
• Drive excellence in customer service, including customer communications, prep of job site, cleanliness, end of project gifts, and the management of the Review and Referral Program.
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our company Trustpoints, within the scope of the contract, within budget, and compliant with codes and ordinances.

Requirements

• A minimum of to 3-5 years of basic remodeling experience
• A strong communicator who leads with respect and kindness
