About the role

Works collaboratively and consultatively with clients with minimal supervision. Has a strong understanding of the strategic direction of assigned accounts, along with knowledge of the client-specific disease states, products, and marketplace competition. Provides original and strategic ideas and follows through to achieve client goals. Has an advanced knowledge of and experience with the organization's products and services and can consistently make needs-based product and service recommendations to clients. Is responsible for assignments to and performance of all team members. Leads other project managers and cross-functional teams through successful project execution and completion. Mentors and onboards project managers. Understands and is able to apply and articulate privacy and compliance guidelines. Leads onsite events and proactively manages vendors to achieve the best results for the client. May sometimes perform tasks or role of the account lead.
