Project Manager IT

Job Description

Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Senior IT Project Manager with a leading automotive organization. This role will support multiple enterprise application development initiatives focused on vehicle sales, logistics, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Application Development projects within enterprise IT environments
• Support business-critical systems and technology initiatives
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders across the organization
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, vendor relationships, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Manage projects in a hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery environment
• Work with SAFe Agile methodology and Scrum Master practices
• Show proficiency with project management tools such as Clarity, Open Workbench, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Show strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing Application Development projects within enterprise IT environments
• 10+ years of overall IT experience supporting business-critical systems and technology initiatives
• Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile methodology and Scrum Master practices
• Proven experience managing projects in a hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery environment
• Experience developing and managing project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, vendor relationships, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Clarity, Open Workbench, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience
• Business Systems Analyst background or Application Development experience

Pay range: $50-67/hour
