About the role
This role supports enterprise Critical Infrastructure Protection initiatives, focusing on network-related security cases, investigative analytics, threat identification, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead intake, triage, prioritization, and routing of network-related security cases.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting to identify trends and drive decision-making.
- Analyze theft, vandalism, and security data to improve threat visibility and investigative outcomes.
- Partner with investigators, Network teams, law enforcement, and industry organizations to support infrastructure protection efforts.
- Evaluate and implement technologies that enhance security, detection, and threat mitigation capabilities.
- Create executive-ready communications, success stories, and program updates.
- Serve as a liaison for media-related investigative support and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor regulatory and legislative developments affecting critical infrastructure and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, Data Analytics, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
- Experience in security operations, investigations, intelligence, compliance, or operational program management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data, dashboards, and metrics.
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presentations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications security, critical infrastructure protection, law enforcement, or corporate security.
- Knowledge of case management and intelligence platforms such as CaseIQ or Atlas.
- Experience with theft prevention, asset protection, fraud investigations, or compliance programs.
- Experience working with government agencies, regulators, or industry associations.
- Experience evaluating and deploying security technologies.
