About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R) initiatives for a leading retail and supply chain organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing supply chain planning projects with a focus on inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization. This role requires close collaboration with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Operations, and IT teams to successfully deliver business-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R) projects.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Cook up cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and IT.
  • Drive initiatives focused on demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and replenishment planning.
  • Gather business requirements and support solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Monitor inventory KPIs including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, stock availability, and replenishment performance.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings and provide executive-level status updates.
  • Support organizational change management, user training, and process improvements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R).
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Inventory Planning
    • Demand Forecasting
    • Replenishment
    • Inventory Optimization
    • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Experience managing Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and IT projects.
  • Experience with system implementations, enhancements, UAT, and production deployments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
