About the role
Drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. Work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a life-sciences environment.
Location: Remote – US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate core project team members' efforts
- Coordinate projects across internal units and with sub-contractors
- Define resource needs and establish contingency plans
- Oversee design, implementation, and revision of project plans
- Promote teamwork and resolve conflicts among team members
- Communicate project-related updates to management
Requirements
- University/college degree in life science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in clinical pharmaceutical project management
- In lieu of formal education, 5 years in health care supervision and 4 years clinical research may qualify
- Solid understanding of project management and clinical development processes
- Thorough knowledge of ICH guidelines and GCP compliance
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally
- Fluent in English and local office language, both written and verbal
Pay
$112,000 – $222,000 annually
