Project Manager, Interior Renovations

Job Summary

We're looking for a driven, experienced Project Manager to own our Interior Renovation (IR) and turnkey operations across the Raleigh and Charlotte markets. This is an opportunity to be the go-to person in both markets - managing a diverse project load, building relationships with clients and vendors, and growing alongside the business.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage interior renovation projects from kickoff through completion
• Oversee turnkey projects ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
• Estimate project quantities and get competitive bids for labor and material
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subs, and internal stakeholders across both Raleigh and Charlotte
• Cook up scheduling, scoping, and budgeting for renovation and maintenance work
• Identify and resolve project issues before they become client problems
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Build and maintain strong subcontractor and vendor relationships
• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates and project proposals based on project specifications and market conditions
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to review and refine estimates and proposals as needed
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and negotiating pricing and terms as necessary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in exterior and interior construction or turnkey/maintenance services
• Ability to scope, estimate and bid projects
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Raleigh and Charlotte
• Self-starter mentality - you don't wait to be told what needs to happen
• Clear communicator with clients, crews, and leadership
• Familiarity with property management or multifamily renovation environments
• Experience managing high unit volumes in a fast-paced setting
