About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and designs
- Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional architecture experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Passion for sustainable design practices
- Experience with green building certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.)
- Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and technologies
- Understanding of sustainable materials and their environmental impact
