Responsibilities

  • Develops project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Manages project budgets when applicable and ensures financial goals are met.
  • Led project team meetings and provides direction to team members.
  • Makes sure project progress is monitored and any issues are addressed.
  • Communicates project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Sure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required.
  • Master's Degree, preferred.
  • No licensure requirement specified.
  • Project management certification, preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required.
  • Master's Degree, preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and efficiently provide time management.

Experience

  • Three years of relevant program or project support, required.

  • OCCASIONALLY: Bend/twist, Climb stairs/ladder, Driving motor vehicles (work required), Flexing/extending of neck, Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning, Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Pushing / Pulling: 0-25 lbs, Reaching above shoulder, Squat/kneel, Standing.
  • FREQUENTLY: Computer skills, Decision Making, Interpreting Data, Repetitive hand/arm use.
