Project Manager - Industrial

About the role

Fantastic opportunity to run high‑scale projects from cradle to grave in the Industrial, Food & Beverage sector with a top Wisconsin general contractor. The company has been in business for over 100 years and maintains a strong pipeline of commercial work. They are expanding their construction team and are looking for a Project Manager with industrial experience to use their expertise to secure work with current and new clients while managing key project responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing industrial, food & beverage, and food processing projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, machinery, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Results‑driven approach with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel on‑site a few days every other week.

Pay

Salary range: $90,000 – $125,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus performance‑based bonus.
