Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and coordination of student health insurance plans for colleges and universities.
  • Work closely with internal teams and school administrators to ensure successful plan launches and renewals.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate staff and activities for implementation and re-installation of new and existing clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of new and renewing client implementation projects, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates, and complete documentation using project management tools.
  • Track and execute post-implementation season improvements and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and timelines, and provide feedback on potential process enhancements.
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers and stakeholders to provide updates and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, with client-facing experience being highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to effectively lead meetings
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with supervision
