Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and coordination of student health insurance plans for colleges and universities.
- Work closely with internal teams and school administrators to ensure successful plan launches and renewals.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate staff and activities for implementation and re-installation of new and existing clients.
- Manage a portfolio of new and renewing client implementation projects, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates, and complete documentation using project management tools.
- Track and execute post-implementation season improvements and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and timelines, and provide feedback on potential process enhancements.
- Communicate with both internal and external customers and stakeholders to provide updates and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of project management experience, with client-facing experience being highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to effectively lead meetings
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with supervision
