About the role
The Project Engagement Manager will lead the implementation of Aristocrat’s products, interacting with customers and third-party vendors, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Cook up the installation of Aristocrat software and hardware products at customer locations, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specifications.
- Directly interact with customers and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Verify project scope, confirm customer needs, and assess current systems operations.
- Develop a detailed timetable for gaming software installation, discuss the project plan, and establish meeting dates and project landmarks.
- Conduct weekly project meetings either onsite or via conference calls.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prioritize and establish team schedules during the planning and execution phases of a project.
- Prepare status reports for the Aristocrat Interactive Stakeholders Executive team, detailing achievement completion or project roadblocks.
- Identify lessons learned from project implementations and propose recommendations and workable solutions.
- Complete all required project updates and administrative paperwork within established EMO SLAs.
- Work with assigned team members to drive cross-functional execution of projects from initiation to closure.
- Document project achievements, team member tasks, and project completion in Adobe Workfront.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of project management experience within the casino systems technology, Information Technology, or its equivalent industry.
- Aristocrat Oasis Master Certification within 6 months of employment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certificate, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or similar professional accreditation preferred.
- Previous experience in the Gaming Industry is preferred.
