About the Role
The Project Manager, Implementation supports and coordinates the successful onboarding of new pharmaceutical programs and services to PANTHERx. This role manages detailed project timelines, facilitates cross-functional communication, and ensures high-quality implementation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manages the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, resource management, execution, deployment, and closure.
- Utilizes corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
- Assists with establishing and maintaining corporate project management methodology and department procedures.
- Maintains detailed project documentation, including action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
- Communicates project status to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Participates in client and internal stakeholder meetings, documenting action items and following up on next steps.
- Coordinates cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
- Monitors project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.
- Creates and communicates project milestone documents, dashboards, and departmental success metrics.
- Drives initiatives to improve program planning based on new implementation learnings.
- Handles other projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a technology-related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience.
- Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix-managed environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS-Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in or exposure to specialty pharmacy operations.
- PMP certification.
Work Environment
This position operates in a home or professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
