Project Manager III - Signage Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of signage projects, from kickoff to final installation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Coverage schedules, permits, site surveys, production, and installation logistics
• Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in signage, construction, or a related project management role
• Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, permitting, and installation processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• PMP certification or similar credentials a plus
