About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the water/wastewater industry to execute large, complex projects independently. This role is designed for a future leader within our Project Management team, involving full-scope project management responsibilities and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. After training, this role will be hybrid and require travel to client project sites.

Responsibilities

  • Implement change control measures to manage modifications in project scope effectively.
  • Monitor and control project progress to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Investigate potential critical situations and take corrective actions proactively.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and strategic sessions.
  • Effectively interpret and communicate plans and contract terms to administrative staff, customers, and end-users.
  • Prepare detailed reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling.
  • Act as a responsible company representative.
  • Regularly attend formal training, review journals, publications, and other resources to continuously develop knowledge of current technologies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience within the construction industry, water/wastewater industry, and/or system integration (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Power Distribution and I&C.
  • Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
  • Understanding of manufacturing workflow, including planning activities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management.
  • PMP certification (preferred).
