Project Manager III

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Small Vehicle Program, allocating resources and activities effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Oceaneering's organizational procedures and work scope requirements.
• Review and evaluate project progress, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience in budget management and financial planning for projects.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is preferred.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and methodologies.

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in the AdTech OTECH Project Management department. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to the Small Vehicle program, ensuring alignment with Oceaneering's organizational procedures, work scope requirements, and budgets. This role involves reviewing and evaluating project progress, identifying areas for improvement, and driving efficient project execution.
