The Business Program Manager III role independently leads medium-complexity operational programs and transformation initiatives that span multiple functional teams in a SaaS space. This individual contributor role requires strong program ownership, proactive risk management, and the ability to influence outcomes across organizational boundaries. This work includes the execution of operational and strategic initiatives across the Operations organization. The ideal candidate will possess business acumen, leadership skills, knowledge of using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, etc.) and have a proven track record of delivering transformative outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for managing defined workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring programs progress according to plan. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, analytical capability, and the ability to translate direction into structured execution.

Responsibilities

• Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of operational initiatives in a SaaS space, including scope definition, execution strategy, milestone delivery, and KPI tracking.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive structured decision-making across business units to resolve execution challenges and ensure program momentum.
• Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies impacting delivery timelines or outcomes.
• Value Realization Tracking: Monitor business outcomes such as efficiency gains, revenue enablement, or cost optimization.
• PMO Process Contribution: Influence improvements in governance frameworks and reporting rigor.

Requirements

• 5+ years enterprise program management or consulting experience
• Proven ownership of multi-team initiatives
• Experience managing transformation initiatives with measurable impact
• Strategic Thinking:
  • Understand strategic priorities and translate into execution plans

  • Comfortable navigating moderate ambiguity
• Analytical Rigor:

Pay

The base pay range for this position is: $108,900 - $149,625. Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam's Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan.
