- items. Could group by subheadings? The instruction: Use

- text.

These could go under Qualifications or Skills. The instruction: Use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills. We have both Required (Minimum Requirements) and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications? Probably Requirements = minimum required; Qualifications = preferred. Or we could put both under Requirements and Qualifications accordingly.
- Skills: The "Critical Competencies:" section lists skills: Risk Planning, Client & Change Management, Jira & Planning Expertise, Agile Software Development, Technical Understanding, Clear Communication, Budget Tracking. These are skills. So we can put under Skills heading.
- Benefits: The "Here are a few other reasons why you should apply:" includes benefits list: Generous paid time off, Generous health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with fully vested company matching, Long-term & short-term disability, parties and snacks (adapted to remote). Also mention "great benefits package". We'll list those.
- Pay: "Estimated Salary Range: $99,000 - $140,000." plus description. That's specific, so include Pay section.
- Schedule: Work environment: location options, remote/hybrid, office location, travel occasionally. That's schedule/location info. Could be considered Schedule. We'll include Schedule section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify repeated, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "You must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this position. Modea participates in the E-Verify program." repeated twice. Remove.
Also remove "Powered by JazzHR owfxbuQ7My" etc.
Now produce HTML fragment with headings
for each section. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's craft:
