Project Manager III
About the role
The Project Manager (PM) organizes, manages, and plans complex projects for various areas of the organization while building cross-functional relationships with numerous organizational teams. This role excels at communication, organization, and problem-solving, while remaining organized to handle a variety of tasks. The PM takes ownership of the change management process ensuring change controls move through the system and is a natural coordinator with a strong sense of big picture objectives as well as attention to detail. This is a remote/hybrid work arrangement.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Lead and proactively manage projects to ensure clearly defined requirements, solid development, implementation testing and deployment plans
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines
- Develop documentation for project requirements, project plans, project status reporting and actions plans
- Own and deliver successful outcomes that align with the expectations defined and agreed upon in sales and project requirement documents
- Responsible for process changes, reporting requests, special projects and other tasks as needed by leadership
- Aid in developing, planning and coordinating operations activities
- Be a cultural ambassador, fostering teamwork, collaboration and overall cross functional alignment across all teams

- Knowledge of Project Management methodology and best practices
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
- Self-sufficient and requiring minimal supervision

- Adequate presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- PM experience with demonstrated success in managing projects

Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time. For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range, and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
