About the role
Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex product development projects to support the Storage Category. This role oversees initiatives from planning through delivery, coordinates research and design activities, and drives strategic programs with organizational impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more large, complex projects or programs through all stages, from scoping to execution in the market.
- Make authoritative decisions and recommendations that have a far-reaching impact on the organization.
- Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing, and guiding extensive programs of major consequence.
- Develop cross-functionally aligned recommendations for executive-level decision-making.
- Lead the evaluation, prioritization, and performance of programs to align with strategic priorities.
- Build extensive stakeholder relationships to drive effective escalation and remove barriers.
- Manage project schedules, scope, budget, and resources to deliver on-time, high-quality projects.
- Represent the organization at important functions or conferences, including media interviews as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Project Management Certification preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering discipline and project management.
- Additional accreditations related to technical expertise are a plus.
