Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
• Proven track record of achieving results and meeting deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business tools

Qualifications

• Experience in the diagnostics, healthcare, or life sciences industry preferred
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is a plus
• Knowledge of hemostasis, acute care diagnostics, transfusion, autoimmunity, or transplant areas is advantageous
• Project management certification or experience
• Multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish and English) are desirable
