Project Manager II - Electrical, Controls, & Automation
Job Summary
The selected individual will be responsible for leading electrical, controls, and automation capital projects from concept through commissioning and startup across multiple manufacturing sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, controls, automation engineering, or other related engineering discipline; or a minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex projects in these areas.
- In-depth understanding of process control techniques and industry standards within industrial manufacturing settings.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, controls technologies, process control systems, and manufacturing operations.
- Experience leading capital projects and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ability to read, develop, and interpret electrical, controls, instrumentation, PFD, P&ID, and related engineering drawings.
- Experience with industrial control systems and equipment integration.
- Strong communication, organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally based on project requirements - estimated 25% travel.

- Experience with HAZOP, FMEA, or other safety and risk assessment methodologies preferred.
- Experience with medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, power distribution infrastructure, Six Sigma methodologies, or advanced manufacturing technologies is a plus.
- Basic knowledge or advanced visions systems or large language models (AI Models).
