About the role
The Project Manager II will manage mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically ranging from $100M–$800M, while working side-by-side with Superintendents and project management teams on site.
Responsibilities
- Own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication, using modern construction technology to drive smart decisions and keep projects on track.
- Protect uptime, mitigate risk, and deliver zero-defect turnover, while maintaining alignment with Boldt’s safety culture, schedule commitments, and financial performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams and serve as a key interface with clients, many of whom operate in 24/7 in zero-downtime environments.
Requirements
- A four-year engineering or construction management degree.
- Seven plus years of construction experience, with 5 plus years of mission critical construction projects focusing on strong coordination and execution.
- Working knowledge of MEP systems and integrated building systems is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with confidence and accountability.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and how they translate from plan to field.
- Clear and effective communicator who can collaborate with craft professionals, project leadership, and clients.
Qualifications
- Basic experience with data center commissioning processes (Level 1–5).
- Ability to work in dynamic and fluid environments with operational constraints and change control requirements.
- Strong focus on documentation rigor, QA/QC, and turnover excellence.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $124,000 - $166,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
