Job Description
The Opportunity
- Partner with colleges and universities to ensure the successful implementation of Flywire’s suite of products.
- Manage client relationships and deliver successful projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project plans, organize resources, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to identify improvements and escalate items as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Review sales documentation and develop project plans.
- Organize project resources and manage client relationships.
- Develop project scope and plans, and align with client objectives.
- Manage client expectations, project risk levels, and communication.
- Provide accurate, timely, and detailed weekly status updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 5+ years of project management experience (preferred in a SaaS-based company or higher education setting)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Baseline understanding of technology (e.g., SQL, databases, APIs, Web Services, SFTP, file troubleshooting, infrastructure and enterprise systems)
- Working knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and other software development methodologies
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft, Colleague, Ellucian, and Banner products (preferred)
