Project Manager II

Project Manager II Nidec is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through launch. This role can be based in Fort Smith, AR or Mena, AR and will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. What You Will DoLead complex NPD projects from planning through product launch.Drive collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and other stakeholders.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.Facilitate project reviews, decision-making, and status reporting.Identify and resolve project challenges to ensure successful execution. What You Will BringBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.5+ years of project management experience.Experience leading New Product Development projects.PMP certification preferred.Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel up to 15%.
