Project Manager II

Duties and responsibilities

• Performs project coordination duties.
• Performs project management duties to assure that all projects are completed in a safe, professional manner, within budget and schedule guidelines, and at a fair profit.
• Performs or supervises project activities.
• Provides leadership for projects and company.
• Presents information in a clear and understandable manner.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of all phases of construction.
• Knowledge of scheduling complex projects.
• Skill at identifying changes and discrepancies in plans and schedules.
• Ability to provide leadership for projects and company.
• Ability to present information in a clear and understandable manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management.
