Duties and responsibilities
- Performs project coordination duties.
- Performs project management duties to assure that all projects are completed in a safe, professional manner, within budget and schedule guidelines, and at a fair profit.
- Performs or supervises project activities.
- Provides leadership for projects and company.
- Presents information in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of all phases of construction.
- Knowledge of scheduling complex projects.
- Skill at identifying changes and discrepancies in plans and schedules.
- Ability to provide leadership for projects and company.
- Ability to present information in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management.
