Role Expectations Assist the Lead Project Manager & team and coordinate all aspects of work related to transmission/substation projectsCoordinate and lead monthly project reporting, collect and compile dataDevelop project approach and implement project execution planMonitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costsSupport financials, staffing, risk management, change management, contract management, tracking and resource management for all projectsSupport the project team to ensure deliverables are being provided to the client’s satisfaction and that projects are following internal and external QA/QC guidelines.Promote a culture of “can do attitude” and “say do” ratio with project deadline and quality across the team What We’re Looking For Associates or Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in Project ManagementUtility experience requiredPMP or CAPM certification is preferredWorking knowledge of project management principlesWorking Knowledge to Proficiency in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem SolvingProject related work experienceRisk Management, Project Leadership and Proven Collaborative Team MemberAbility to prepare proposals, assist in presentations, and participate in contract negotiationsOnsite Position; reports daily to the office Pay Range $78,000.00—$90,000/year Why Join K&A?
