About the role
InComm Payments is an innovative FinTech company with over 3,000 employees worldwide, known for its industry-leading payment solutions and partnerships with major brands. We are seeking a Project Manager II, Displays to lead retail display projects from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Gather stakeholder requirements and develop project scopes and execution plans
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects from concept through production, delivery, and execution
- Track progress against timelines and adjust plans as needed
- Coordinate activities across internal teams and external partners
- Serve as liaison between retailer requirements, internal teams, and vendors
- Coordinate prototyping, sampling, production, and delivery
- Monitor vendor timelines and quality
- Track budgets and support financial performance
- Issue purchase orders and support invoice processing
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Review deliverables for quality and alignment
- Ensure deliverables meet retailer requirements
- Support logistics and in-store readiness
- Afford inventory awareness
- Support project closeout and lessons learned
- Contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of project management or coordination experience
- Experience in retail, merchandising, manufacturing, or vendor-managed environments preferred
- Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams

Pay
