Project Manager II

Position Overview

The Project Manager II will lead multiple medium-to-large IT, clinical, or business projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. They will manage project scope, resources, risks, documentation, and quality assurance while following established PMO methodologies and standards. They will partner with business leaders and stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and communicating progress to leadership. They will provide leadership to cross-functional teams, junior project managers, and external consultants to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting IT initiatives.
• 3+ years of information systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP/PMI certification preferred, with strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance.
