About the role

Our client is a Construction Management/Owner’s Representative in the Minneapolis area with a strong project backlog. Their core markets are education, municipal, and other public-sector projects. They offer a great work culture, a flexible schedule, and the chance to transition away from fast-paced general contracting work.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple projects from start to finish
• Work with owners to facilitate general construction planning
• Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
• Estimating, project management, and bidding
• Prepare budgets and schedules
• Proactively drive solutions

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience running projects from start to finish
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Mid- to large-size project experience ($10 M–$30 M)
• Collaborates well with a team
• Motivated to grow and hard working

Pay

Salary range: $115,000 – $130,000 depending on experience
