Project Manager I

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong telecom rollout and network deployment experience to support large-scale telecom infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end deployment activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, handling vendors, and driving successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecom/network rollout and deployment projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinate fiber, transport, RAN, SDWAN, VOIP, and infrastructure deployment activities
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks
• Manage project governance including RAID logs, status reporting, escalations, and change management
• Coordinate with vendors, field operations, engineers, construction teams, and customers
• Support site build activities including SOW, BOM, NTP, closeout packages, and on-air activities
• Lead project meetings, deployment calls, and stakeholder communications
• Monitor project budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational metrics
• Ensure project compliance with organizational and customer standards
• Drive issue resolution and support RCA activities for deployment/service-related issues

Requirements

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Mandatory telecom rollout/deployment experience
• Experience managing telecom infrastructure or network deployment projects
• Strong experience with fiber deployment, transport networks, RAN, SDWAN, MPLS, VOIP, or wireless projects
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Clarity, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar PM tools
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and field operations coordination experience
• Experience managing RAID logs, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with telecom OEMs, carriers, or telecom vendors
• Experience with Power BI, Site Tracker, Magenta Built, or telecom deployment tools
• Agile/Scrum project delivery experience
• PMP certification is a plus
