Responsibilities
- Manage one or more projects, including a project to implement a new citywide Technology Selection process and the technology implementation required to support the new process.
- Projects may include discovery and requirements gathering, procurement, project reporting, stakeholder management, risk/cost management, delivery/implementation, and post go-live stabilization.
Requirements
- Minimum (Required) Years Skills/Experience: 5
- Experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
- Progressive broad-based information systems, system integration and project delivery experience: 4
- Experience managing projects in government or public sector industry: 4
- Experience implementing a SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions through all project phases: 4
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and active listening: 4
- Excellent stakeholder management skill: 4
