We take pride in our mission to improve public health and quality of care. Primary Purpose Supports project management for a federal-government contract. Works with Program Director, other Project Managers, Task Leads, and the client to plan and manage work across the task. Drives scope, team, schedule, budget, and quality aspects to achieve project objectives and deliverables. A Successful Candidate Will Do The Following Plan, execute, and control the project with particular regard for the objectives, schedule, budget, quality, resources, communication, and risksDirect the project team in planning and implementing the project to align with scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.Triage and respond to client or stakeholder inquiries promptly and professionallyManage software-development projects according to industry best practicesCommunicate effectively with clients, management, and staffAct as a task-management and tracking expertJuggle competing demands and prioritize work effectivelySchedule internal and external meetings; prepare agendas and materialsCompose and organize clear meeting minutes for internal calls, client/customer meetings, and conference calls that capture important discussions, decisions, and action items Requirements High-school diplomaFive or more years of experience in project management Experience with government contracts or programsProficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePointDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environmentExperience supporting healthcare-facility onboarding, implementation, technical coordination, or other multi-stakeholder project activities Experience maintaining project schedules, trackers, risk/action-item logs, and status reporting Strong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong spoken and written communication skillsAbility to work within a challenging environment across multiple, diverse teamsIf required by the project, ability to successfully complete and obtain a federal Position of Public Trust Level 5 background investigation, meet all eligibility criteria, and maintain the required clearance throughout employment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Arts or Science degree Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with public health, healthcare systems, and/or Health IT projects, including healthcare-related software projects Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology Experience with Jira Knowledge of healthcare standardsCertification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) Additional Information We are a remote organization, but we prioritize in-person collaboration during key events such as our annual company meeting.
