Project Manager I

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of small to medium-sized projects supporting patient care, operational reliability, and regulatory compliance across Kettering Health.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and manage project resources.
• Uphold standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Carry out responsibilities in alignment with Kettering Health’s mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–4 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or related operational setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, data science, operations management, healthcare/business administration, or another related discipline.
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
• Experience with data/statistical analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or completion within an agreed‑upon timeframe).
